This beer is brought to you by Andrew, Mason and Brett. The first two are brewers. Brett, on the other hand, is a wild, non-spore forming, yeast. The guys combined American malt with sweet citrus hops to create a super-rich flavour. But it was Brettanomyces who really went the extra mile. Six months hard slog in the fermentation tanks, to really bring the funk. Chur Brett, indeed.
