Saison is a farmhouse ale, first brewed in the French-speaking part of Belgium. It means season. So we cleverly made it one of our seasonal releases. The effervescence, fruit and spice combine with the complex yeast to create a flavour that will continue to evolve in the bottle. Mason, the brewer,
did such a good job, we sort of named it after him.
