Down here in Edinburgh of the South, we like to call a spade a spade. That's why we called our signature pale ale, Pale Ale. It has everything you want in a pale ale called Pale Ale – a blend of American hops give it the signature citrus flavour, and late dry hopping lends to a tropical fruit aroma. Or, as we say down here, it taste good.
Serve at 6-8°C, or as we say in Dunedin, room temp
