DELIVERY

All orders will be dipatched & with the courier with-in 1-2 working days. For shipping times please allow:

North Island - 3-4 Working Days 
South Island - 2-3 Working Days
Local (Dunedin Only) 1-2 Working Days  
During COVID-19 level 3 & 4 lockdowns courier companys experience an increased amount of pressure. Please take this into consideration when you order. We suggest adding at least an extra day to expected delivery over these periods.

Please make sure that someone 18+ will be available to take & sign for delivery at the address. Post Haste & Emerson's will not leave it on the door step. It is against the law to leave restricted goods such as alcohol unattended at an address.

We use Post Haste as our courier service, Should you need to make arrangements fro delivery you can contact your local branch here.

If the goods cannot be delivered for any reason, you must, at your expense, collect the goods within one week of the attempted delivery. See above link to find out your local branch.  

RETURNS

If you are unhappy about any aspect of your delivery or would like to return any part of your order please contact Emerson’s Brewery within 7 days of receipt of goods.

Product returned must be unopened and be in re-saleable format – (i.e. Beer packaging unbroken from original format and not damaged in any way).

Emerson’s Brewery will then arrange either a replacement or refund.
