Bird Dogs of Paradise

Bird Dog has flown west, and ended up in a hop-lover’s paradise. This variation of the old favourite was brewed for the Malt House West Coast IPA Challenge, with intense Simcoe and Citra cryo hops for a tropical fruit explosion. The malt has been dialed back, to let those hops sing – and this Bird Dog’s song is strong. It’ll have your tail-feathers wagging.
