Come into Emerson's Taproom and try the beers from various Southern breweries involved in the Battle of the Southern IPA's. The official competition is being judged at Smiths Craft Beer House in Queenstown on the same day. However, your choice of Southern IPA beer in Emerson's Taproom will count as a vote towards the People’s Choice Award, announced at 7:30pm! Try one or try them all but come & join us for a brew! Sometimes it's good when things go South.

The Emerson’s brewery is some 19,410 km from Dublin. We might just be the furthest brewery on the planet, from Ireland. But even we go to great lengths to celebrate St Patrick’s Day, and this year we are even celebrating the occasion one day early…like a practice run. Come and join us in the Taproom this Sunday 16 March from 11am. Free Entry! There will be a special menu & live music to bring the cheer. Our newest brew Wild Rover will be on offer to add to the festivities.
