Richard Emerson's 'Deafinition' Series: Chasing Trains

For years, Richard Emerson has had big plans to brew beers under the name “Deafinition”. Unfortunately these plans went off the rails. You see, Richard is easily side-tracked. And the culprit is, almost always, trains. So, while he’s off doing the locomotion, we’re brewing Deafinition beers for him.

Chasing Trains is one of Richard's favourite styles. A barley wine that'll warm the palate, with fruity hoppiness, citrus and toffee flavours, and a wine-like mouthfeel. Yes, it's a real trainspotter's beer.
