As they always say, team work makes the dream work… and D.C.B.C went all the way!
Toasting the success of their award-winning ‘‘D.C.B.C’’ Black IPA collaborative beer at Emerson’s Brewery are Dunedin brewers: David Jackson, Chris Noye, Jono Walker, Steve Pulford, Olly Rudd, Brent Taylor, Mason Pratt, Jamie McQuillan, Saul Ross, Jamie Scrimgeour and Dennis Trembath.
"D.C.B.C" (Dunedin City Breweries Collaboration) 7.2% Black IPA, won a trophy in the Amber/Dark Lager & Ale Category at the NZ Brewers Guild Awards last weekend.
The trophy-winning beer was a collaboration between eight separate Dunedin breweries — Arc Brewing Co., Noisy Brewing Co., Black Rock, BS Brewing Co., DogStar Brew Lab, Cell Division and Rudd House Brewing, with Emerson’s taking the lead.
We love it when the combined genius of local brewers come together to make pure magic.
